The Challenge
Small IP firm with an end client with a big problem – the end client needed to file in 14 countries with just a 24-hour turnaround. The firm needed a partner they could trust with this important end client’s work, they turned to Azami Global to manage.
Our Approach
Within 30 minutes, we met with the law firm to determine what countries we needed to file in and put together an action plan (documentation, translation options/needs, PTO office hours/locations, etc.). Then we got to work with our amazing member firms in these jurisdictions: Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, El Salvador, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Singapore and UAE.
The Result
All filings completed within the 24-hour time frame. We usually like our filings completed at least 3 days prior to the due date but we CAN and WILL handle rush cases.
