About us

Azami Global is a successful, international scale-up in the LegalTech space, with the largest international community of IP professionals. We provide tech-enabled, high-quality, streamlined services to our clients who are primarily law firms and large corporations. We aim to be THE address for all IP lifecycle needs.

Location

We are moving to the new Azrieli Office building in Modiin (right next door to the Azrieli mall & the train station) this coming August!

In the meantime, we’d love for you to join us in our Beit Shemesh office in the centrally located Neimi shopping center

What you will be doing:

You will be pivotal in shaping the future of our product user experience design. From conceptualization to execution, you’ll create intuitive and visually appealing designs that delight our users. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams and iterative prototyping, you’ll ensure our products meet the evolving needs of our customers. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, you’ll drive innovation and continuously enhance the overall quality and usability of our offerings.

You are an experienced UX Designer who carefully examines every aspect of a product to enhance its user-friendliness, clarity, and overall quality. With a strong passion for technology, you consistently strive to surpass competitors by delivering advanced and user-friendly experiences. You’re a proactive learner and team player, bringing fresh ideas to the table. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you’re adaptable and open to change. Your role in creating this product is crucial, requiring your ability to envision the big picture effectively, execute tasks strategically, communicate well, and innovate solutions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead user interviews and tests to gather insights crucial for product design.
  • Create and refine designs based on user feedback, ensuring alignment with user needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and R&D to understand customer needs and product requirements.
  • Apply user-centered design best practices to conceptualize and validate designs.
  • Generate high and low-fidelity prototypes to facilitate rapid design iteration and user testing.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure consistent implementation of design styles and interaction patterns.
  • Envision the broader scope effectively to contribute to the creation of innovative product designs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related fields.
  • Completion of Graphic Design or User Experience Design courses is advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in web design, information architecture, or user research.
  • Technical skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Ability to analyze and utilize usage data for design decisions.
  • Strong motivation for learning and growth.
  • Experience blending user-centered design with agile development.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards is a plus.
  • Prior usability testing experience preferred.
