What you will be doing:

You will provide both general HR administrative support and manage recruitment and onboarding responsibilities. You’ll play a key part in sourcing and onboarding top talent as we scale and grow. This includes handling the entire recruitment and onboarding cycle—drafting job descriptions, posting ads, screening candidates, tracking candidate status, generating recruitment reports, conducting reference checks, and closing positions. Additionally, you will perform essential administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR operations to ensure a smooth and efficient HR function.

You excel in handling routine administrative tasks like updating databases, posting ads, and preparing reports. Requirements:

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in a HR sourcing\recruitment role or admin role
  • High level English 
  • BA degree
  • Computer literacy
  • Abilities in posting positions to LinkedIn, Glassdoor, NBN
  • Excellent verbal and written English ability and communication skills
