About us

Azami Global is the largest international community of IP professionals. We provide tech-enabled, high-quality, streamlined services to our clients who are primarily law firms and large corporations. We aim to be THE address for all foreign filing needs.

Location

Our offices are located in Beit Shemesh in the centrally located Neimi shopping center.

What you will be doing:

You will be working with the CRO, VP Customer Success, and MD to develop the company’s sales strategy, forecast sales results, and lead the company’s day-to-day sales pipeline and team activity.

Who are you?

You thrive in a results and performance-based culture and bring an exceptional combination of field (enterprise) sales alongside remote sales (using Zoom, Meets) experience and skills. You are looking to join a high growth environment and are excited at the prospect of building a team for you to lead and mentor. You enjoy looking at existing processes and improving them as well as building new processes from scratch. You are comfortable pivoting between high level strategic thinking and being hands-on.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead two teams, each with separate targets, in high-velocity B2B and enterprise B2B models, respectively.
  • Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
  • Develop and improve the sales processes and pricing constantly.
  • Influence, collaborate and work with cross-functional leaders, departments, and teams to develop and execute successful strategies.
  • Coach, grow and develop employees on a regular basis to build a dynamic sales organization.

Requirements:

  • Full time availability
  • At least 7 years experience selling SaaS and Services to North America and Europe
  • At least 5 years experience as a manager
  • Experience selling remotely via videoconferencing (Zoom, Teams)
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Hands-on experience and understanding of CRMs (Salesforce)
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate to actionable tasks
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Fluent English (mother tongue or similar) – a must
