About us

Azami Global is a successful, international scale-up in the LegalTech space, with the largest international community of IP professionals. We provide tech-enabled, high-quality, streamlined services to our clients who are primarily law firms and large corporations. We aim to be THE address for all IP lifecycle needs.

Location

Our offices are located in Beit Shemesh in the centrally located Neimi shopping center.

What you will be doing:

You will be helping us source and onboard top talent to fill our open position as we scale to grow. This includes handling the recruitment and onboarding cycle from drafting job descriptions, posting ads, screening candidates, tracking candidate status, recruitment reports, reference calling, closing positions, performing administrative tasks and onboarding new employees.

You understand that recruitment is key to the success of the overall business. You have high attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. You enjoy routine activities such as posting weekly ads and preparing weekly recruitment reports. You love interacting with candidates and leading them through the recruitment cycle while making sure they are kept up to date about their status. You get tremendous satisfaction from ensuring applicants have an amazing candidate experience and from making sure a position is filled with the best possible candidate.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create job descriptions that resonate with top candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract top-tier candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and more.
  • Conduct thorough and insightful interviews to assess candidates’ skills, culture fit, and potential contributions to the team.
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Champion our employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our talent acquisition strategies.
  • Preparing recruitment reports
  • Employee onboarding

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in a talent sourcing\recruitment role
  • High level English 
  • BA degree
  • Computer literacy
  • Abilities in posting positions to LinkedIn, Glassdoor, NBN
  • Excellent verbal and written English ability and communication skills.
  • Part Time position (50%), Hybrid work week

Advantages
