About us

Azami Global is the largest international community of IP professionals. We provide tech-enabled, high-quality, streamlined services to our clients who are primarily law firms and large corporations. We aim to be THE address for all foreign filing needs.

Location

Our offices are located in Beit Shemesh in the centrally located Neimi shopping center.

What you will be doing:

You will lead our finance team to ensure they perform at optimal levels so that our payments, reports and company financial records are all in order. You will monitor the company budget to ensure expenses and spending are aligned with our strategic goals. You will provide insights and recommendations based on your analysis of our financial data.

Who are you?

You are both a strategic thinker and also very hands on. You love analyzing data but understand the importance of working with your team to ensure all of the nitty gritty daily tasks are taken care of and squared away. You are a fast learner, team player, work independently and pride yourself on taking ownership over your domain. You have high attention to detail and your pet peve is numbers that don’t match up so you will persist until they do!

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the activities and accounting department team. 
  • Preparing the monthly financial statements including the making of general ledger entries.
  • Hands-on participation when needed to maintain company SLAs. 
  • Ensuring that client and vendor billing and invoicing inquiries are handled within the company SLAs. 
  • Participation in the monthly payroll process, including gathering the commission data and making the pension payment.
  • Reviewing and improving internal accounting practices and policies.
  • Analyzing and reporting on departmental data and performance.
  • Creating and reporting on company budgets.
  • Monitor both our US and IL bank accounts and liaison with our banks on financial issues and to optimize our relationship.

 

Requirements:

  • Full time availability
  • 3 – 5+ years in a US bookkeeping role.
  • Prior successful managerial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of US accounting principles.  
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in accounting software.
  • Excellent verbal and written English ability and communication skills.

 

Desired Characteristics

  • Hands-on approach to getting the work done.
  • Strong aptitude for math and analytical skills.

 

Advantages

  • Knowledge of Israeli accounting principles
  • High level Hebrew
