Our offices are located in Beit Shemesh in the centrally located Neimi shopping center.

What you will be doing:

This position has the dual role of leading our SDR Team (20-30%) while being a hands-on individual contributor (70-80%). The SDR team is responsible for delivering qualified leads for our seasoned account executives and plays a critical role in growing our business. As a team lead your responsibilities will be to build, manage and develop our SDR team to ensure the team is meeting and exceeding their targets, while being accountable for the overall team success. As an individual contributor you will be reaching out to Law Firms and Corporations in the US, Asia and Europe to showcase Azami Global solutions and our value proposition to their business. You will identify and reach out to prospects via cold calling, emails and LinkedIn messaging with the ultimate goal of opening doors to new accounts.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own your teams metrics & performance and be accountable for the overall team success
  • Ensure that accurate lead qualification information is being tracked and recorded to drive decision making
  • Train and coach team members to ensure the most up-to-date methodologies are being leveraged to ensure an optimal sales qualification processes
  • Reaching out to corporations and firms across the globe, creating interest in Azami Global services, by the means of cold calling, emails and LinkedIn messaging
  • Analyzing and identifying new opportunities to better understand the market, relevant customers and potential stakeholders


  • 3-5 years experience in Biz/Sales Dev
  • 1-2 years team lead experience
  • Full command of English, an excellent communicator in both verbal and written form
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team while also being a productive individual contributor
  • Experience with prospecting, cold calling, emailing and using social media for prospecting
  • Tech Savvy – Experience with LinkedIn, a CRM such as Hubspot, Zoominfo, or similar, experience in Salesloft or similar.
  • Office – Excel an advantage
  • Occasional travel for exhibitions or client facing events (about once a quarter)
