About us

Azami Global is a successful, international scale-up in the LegalTech space, with the largest international community of IP professionals. We provide tech-enabled, high-quality, streamlined services to our clients who are primarily law firms and large corporations. We aim to be THE address for all IP lifecycle needs.

Location

Our offices are located in Beit Shemesh in the centrally located Neimi shopping center.

What you will be doing:

You will be an integral part of the revenue department helping to set up and maintain internal departmental processes and managing data on various software for all revenue functions: Marketing & Sales. You will do data QA, data entry and tracking, and help measure processes to deliver insights into how we operate and how we can improve our processes. As part of this process you will ensure a seamless handshake between marketing and sales and between sales and member success to help us deliver an amazing client experience!

Who are you?

You are detail oriented and enjoy ensuring that any information that leaves your desk is accurate and on point. You are analytical and like to observe and measure processes and then figure out how to improve them. You hate dropping the ball and delight when a process is seen through smoothly and accurately. You enjoy working in a fast paced environment and are looking to join a growing team within a successful company.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • QA of data points\reports ensuring accuracy
  • Help implement processes and recommend improvements
  • Data entry and tracking
  • Preparing reports as needed
  • Respond to team members inquiries

Requirements:

  • Full time availability – Sunday through Thursday
  • Full command of English, both spoken and written form
  • Working knowledge and experience with excel
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Experience working with a CRM
