What you will be doing:

As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, your role will be pivotal in aligning sales, marketing, and account management operations to bolster revenue growth with greater efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll be tasked with optimizing and streamlining processes, data management, and technology across these departments. Your expertise in data quality assurance, meticulous data entry and tracking, and process measurement will provide invaluable insights into operational enhancements. Moreover, you’ll ensure a seamless coordination between the Sales and Account Management teams, ultimately contributing to an exceptional client experience!

You are analytical and like to observe and measure processes and then figure out how to improve them. You hate dropping the ball and delight when a process is seen through smoothly and accurately. You enjoy working in a fast paced environment and are looking to join a growing team within a successful company.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting and reporting efforts from a revenue perspective.
  • Analyze revenue streams and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern.
  • Serve as the bridge between sales, marketing, and account management teams, ensuring alignment in strategies, goals, and execution.
  • Work closely with finance and sales departments to align forecasts with budgeting and sales targets.
  • Utilize analytics and various tools to provide insights into customer trends, behavior, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Oversee the management of data across all customer touchpoints to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility

Requirements:

  • Part time availability – 20 hours a week
  • Full command of English, both spoken and written form
  • Working knowledge and experience with excel
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Strong analytical background\ knowledge 
  • Financial analytical background a plus
