About us

Azami Global is a successful, international scale-up in the LegalTech space, with the largest international community of IP professionals. We provide tech-enabled, high-quality, streamlined services to our clients who are primarily law firms and large corporations. We aim to be THE address for all IP lifecycle needs.

Location

Our offices are located in Beit Shemesh in the centrally located Neimi shopping center.

What you will be doing:

You will be an integral part of our Member Success team to support, retain and grow self-serving clients.
This role focuses on customer success\retention. You will be responding to clients, dealing with estimates and entering deals. As part of this process you will ensure a seamless handshake between closing a sale and handoff to the operational team so that we are always delivering an amazing client experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responding to clients
  • Dealing with estimates and entering deals. 
  • Reaching and exceeding revenue targets
  • Successfully conveying our value proposition to customers, creating long-lasting relationships and orchestrating communication with multiple stakeholders, in a complicated environment.
  • Effectively managing direct sales opportunities
  • Processing and closing sales for a seamless handshake to operations

Requirements:

  • Full time availability, US Hours – 4 days a week Monday to Thursday in office and reactive availability on Fridays, occasional Sundays.
  • Full command of English, both spoken and written form
  • Customer service background
  • Experience working with a CRM – advantage
  • Sales experience – advantage
