About us

Azami Global is a successful, international scale-up in the LegalTech space, with the largest international community of IP professionals. We provide tech-enabled, high-quality, streamlined services to our clients who are primarily law firms and large corporations. We aim to be THE address for all IP lifecycle needs.

Location

Our offices are located in Beit Shemesh in the centrally located Neimi shopping center.

What you will be doing:

You will be working closely with IT Team Lead, our Vendor Relations and Estimates Manager and our CPO to help them gather information and input data which will assist us in creating and maintaining databases which are essential for driving Azami’s growth.

This position is a short term position 1-2 months, work is in office.

Who are you?

You are a business/finance student, with a high level of English. You are detail oriented and enjoy ensuring that any information that leaves your desk is accurate and on point. You don’t mind the grind of routine work and data entry. You are organized and good at conducting internet research and sourcing.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Inputting Data in Spreadsheets
  • Some possible email communications

Requirements:

  • Business/Finance Student
  • Full command of English, both spoken and written form
  • Working knowledge and experience with Excel, and spreadsheets
  • Experience working with databases – an advantage.
  • This is a part time position (50%), in office.

Desired Characteristics:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders
  • Good time management skills
