Location

Our offices are located in Beit Shemesh in the centrally located Neimi shopping center.

What you will be doing:

You will be doing case management from A to Z. The Case Manager is responsible for the coordination of patent filings worldwide through our network of foreign associates. They will receive instructions from the sales team, communicate with clients, establish contact with our foreign associates and play the role of mediator between the 2 parties in order to ensure timely filing of the application.

You are an IP paralegal who is looking for a role that will give you a broader scope than what you would get in a typical law firm. You are detail oriented, organized and a pro at multitasking. You thrive on meeting deadlines and ensuring that all information leaving your desk is accurate and on point. You enjoy working in a fast paced environment and are looking to join a growing team within a successful company.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate foreign patent filing of PCT, Paris Convention, EP validation, Design and Trademark applications
  • Client relations – deal with any issues arising with clients or associates as a result of or during case processing
  • Support and education of the sales team for ongoing cases
  • Advise estimates and billing department regarding the patent process and filing requirements
  • Advise the billing department regarding invoicing issues
  • Creation and maintenance of databases to assist and enhance case management
  • Active participation in efforts to improve the patent process for our clients

Requirements:

  • Ideally a Patent Paralegal or IP professional with experience in foreign filing
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills and understanding of hard deadlines with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently but also be a team player
  • Full time availability
  • Full command of English, both spoken and written form
