We’re looking for an experienced and strategic VP of HR to lead our global people operations. In this executive role, you will oversee all aspects of HR, including end-to-end operations, talent acquisition, talent retention, organizational development, employee engagement and culture. You’ll be instrumental in shaping a values-driven, performance-oriented culture that supports our people and drives business results. This role includes managing and developing the HR team while partnering closely with leadership to support our business strategy and continued global scaling.

- Lead and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and compliance.
- Build and execute HR strategies that support the company’s growth and evolving needs across global markets.
- Design and implement org development plans, including team structures, career frameworks, and leadership development.
- Partner with senior leadership to strengthen company culture and ensure alignment with our values and goals.
- Manage and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and managers on all people-related topics.
- Use data to track and improve employee experience, engagement, retention, and performance.
- Oversee global HR compliance and ensure consistency across regions.
- Hands on execution of HR operational processes.
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including as head of HR or in a VP-level role.
- Proven experience supporting fast-scaling, global organizations, ideally in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong background in organizational development and change management.
- Experience leading and developing HR teams.
- Strong grasp of HR best practices and legal compliance across multiple regions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to also roll up your sleeves and execute.
- English at a strong professional level; additional languages are a plus.
- Travel abroad as needed.
