We are located in the brand-new Azrieli Office building in Modiin, right next to the Azrieli Mall and just steps away from the train station!
As an Inside Sales Manager, you’ll drive new business by converting SMB leads into loyal customers. You’ll work with both inbound and outbound prospects, deliver tailored demos, and communicate the value of Azami’s solutions. Your focus will be on new logo acquisition, with a smooth handoff to Customer Success after closing the deal
You’re a natural born salesperson, an overachiever, who likes nothing better than surpassing your targets. You enjoy connecting with people, having demo calls, are a strong communicator and easily engage with your audience. Your strength is in delivering clear and concise messaging to potential clients and you are able to actively listen in order to understand their pain points, needs & motivations. You take ownership over your workload and revel in the challenge of signing on new (and upsell / cross-sell) clients. You enjoy learning about and selling new Solutions / Products and adapting to keep up with a fast paced environment. You enjoy working in a fast pace environment and are looking to join a company and position with potential for growth.
- Acquiring new clients \ upselling \ cross-selling
- Hold a revenue quota
- Conduct virtual presentations and live platform demos to senior managers
- Facilitate the transition of clients into pilot programs marking the handshake from sales to the Account Management (AM) team
- Attending relevant industry events
- Manage follow-ups and negotiations with clients to ensure successful deals
- Full-time availability, Sun-Thurs 14:00-23:00
- 2 – 5 years tenure at a level of Sales Manager, dealing with enterprise customers
- Full command of English, both spoken and written form
- Experience working with a CRM
- Academic education: BA required, MBA – an advantage
- IP knowledge and experience – an advantage
