Located in the brand-new Azrieli Office building in Modiin, right next to Azrieli Mall and just steps from the train station!

What you will be doing:

You’ll be a Lead Product Manager for our new AI product.

About 70–80% of your time will be dedicated to:

  • Researching market and user needs - interviewing customers, running surveys, defining personas and JTBD.
  • Scoping and prioritizing the product roadmap and shaping the second layer of development based on real-world feedback.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, R&D, design, and data teams to translate insights into impactful product features.
  • Validating pricing, value propositions, and feature fit through quantitative and qualitative methods.

The remaining 20-30% will involve:

  • Mentoring and managing a small, focused product team, tracking progress, removing roadblocks, and promoting best practices in discovery, prioritization, and execution.
  • Acting as the liaison between the product team and the CPO - sharing updates, raising risks or insights, and ensuring strategic alignment.

This role is a rare opportunity to both own and execute on a world-changing AI product in the IP space and lead a product team toward successful delivery.

Who are you?

You’re a Senior-level Product Manager who combines hands-on delivery with team leadership:

  • Player-Coach mindset: deep involvement in your own product (~70–80%), while mentoring and guiding the product team (~20–30%).
  • Experienced building AI-powered B2B products—skilled in market & user research, surveys, interviews, segmentation, personas, and pricing studies.
  • Exceptional ability to understand and empathize with customer problems, staying focused on root causes before jumping to solutions.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing initiatives, even with constrained resources.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Full-time availability, Sunday–Thursday, standard office hours.
  • 5+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI.
  • Experience in mentoring or managing product managers.
  • Proficiency in crafting user interviews, surveys, JTBD segmentation, and defining value propositions.
  • Strong technical literacy with APIs, data, and system-level understanding.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Experience in AI-driven tools- advantage
