INTA 2025 Annual Meeting in San Diego Is Here!
Heading to San Diego for the INTA 2025 Annual Meeting? We’ve pulled together insider tips, local logistics, and must-see events to help you get the most from your conference experience. As we prep for the event ourselves, we’re excited to share some guidance that will help you navigate the days ahead and make meaningful connections — including with our team at Azami.
Arrival Information: Know Before You Go
San Diego is a lively city, and the month of May is no exception. As you plan your arrival, keep in mind a few major events taking place near the conference center:
- Sunday Morning: A 10K run kicks off behind the conference center
- Sunday Afternoon: The San Diego Padres face off against the Seattle Mariners at 1:10 PM
- All Weekend: The Wonderfront Music and Arts Festival wraps up Sunday along the waterfront
Expect heavier foot traffic, ride-share delays, and limited parking. Build in extra travel time and plan restaurant reservations in advance.
Pro Tip: Use a navigation app with real-time traffic updates and consider walking when possible — the waterfront views are worth it.
Conference Logistics: Get Your Bearings
- Badge Pickup & Info Hub: Hall A (right of the ground floor entrance)
- Daily Continental Breakfast: Hall C from 8–10 AM — great for informal networking or team planning.
- Exhibit Hall Hours (Innovation Marketplace – Hall B):
- Sunday: 10 AM–6 PM
- Monday–Tuesday: 10 AM–4 PM
- Wednesday: 10 AM–2 PM
Use the INTA mobile app and floor plan to plan your days and track schedule updates.
Pro Tip: Schedule meetings now. The best time slots go quickly, and booth traffic can get busy.

- Know where the nearest bathroom and trash can are at all times
- Dress to impress, but plan a change of clothes for post-conference events
- Plan how you’ll unwind at the end of the day — whether it’s meditation, a dinner meetup, or a solo walk along the bay
Past Attendees’ Prep-Tips
- Schedule everything — meetings, talks, workshops, even your lunch breaks.
- Map it out — Use the app to understand where events are happening and avoid running across the center.
- Pack smart — Bring printed or digital backups of confirmations, hotel details, and your INTA receipt.
Pro Tip: Over-prepare on logistics so you can be fully present in your conversations.
