We are located in the brand-new Azrieli Office building in Modiin, right next to the Azrieli Mall and just steps away from the train station!

What you will be doing:

You will be playing a pivotal role in executing key marketing initiatives and supporting our team across high-impact projects. The majority of your time will be spent on preparing for conferences and leveraging HubSpot for marketing operations, including campaign execution and performance tracking. You will also contribute to other marketing-related administrative tasks, content creation, and social media management, ensuring cohesive messaging and engagement. Additionally, you will negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing, helping maximize the value of our marketing investments. This is a varied and dynamic role that offers the opportunity to collaborate and make a tangible impact across various facets of our marketing efforts.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute conference logistics, including pre-event preparation, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage HubSpot (CRM), including campaign setup, workflows, data accuracy, and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate graphic design requests and work with freelancers to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets.
  • Support creating and managing content calendars and repurposing materials for social media and short-form video content.
  • Assist the sales team with updated marketing collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
  • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns and conferences, providing actionable insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain organizational systems and ensure smooth communication across teams for marketing projects.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event management, or a related field.
  • Full time availability
  • Hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days from home
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot or other CRMs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of content creation and social media management.
  • Experience working with freelancers or external vendors is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • A can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership over tasks and projects.
