Reporting to the VP Finance, you will oversee all aspects of accounting management, aligning your efforts with company goals to drive success. Key responsibilities include managing accounting functions (billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, revenue recognition), ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and maintaining compliance with laws and regulations. You will prepare financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory reports, provide financial analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate on budgeting and forecasting while fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture that supports company objectives.

You are an expert in all things finance and have experience implementing internal control policies and procedures. You are self-disciplined and meticulous. You enjoy the challenge of working in a fast paced environment while making sure all aspects of the company's finances are 100% accurate. You are collaborative and find creative ways to support and address pain points that stakeholders bring to your attention. You enjoy managing a team and developing your employees within the finance discipline.

• Full time availability, hybrid 3 days in the office
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) are preferred.
• High proficiency in Netsuite.
• Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role, with a track record in the SaaS industry being a strong advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (US GAAP), and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws in Israel and in the USA.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to evolving financial technology and industry best practices.
