Azami Global is a successful, international scale-up in the LegalTech space, with the largest international community of IP professionals. We provide tech-enabled, high-quality, streamlined services to our clients who are primarily law firms and large corporations. We aim to be THE address for all IP lifecycle needs.


We are moving to the new Azrieli Office building in Modiin (right next door to the Azrieli mall & the train station) this coming August!

In the meantime, we’d love for you to join us in our Beit Shemesh office in the centrally located Neimi shopping center

What you will be doing:

You will lead and own all marketing initiatives and activities to ensure they are strategically driven and cohesive with the company’s overall goals. This role involves developing and executing the annual marketing plan & budget with a strong focus on lead generation and digital marketing to meet the company’s B2B objectives and revenue targets. You will oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, search, events, webinars and other relevant channels, by way of Azami’s internal marketing team and external vendors when required.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, customer success and product to ensure marketing’s resources align with the company’s vision, value proposition and goals. You will regularly engage with the Sales and Customer Success teams to assess needs and evaluate the performance of marketing activities against targets, reporting on KPIs and success metrics such as leads, pipeline, marketing ROI, and revenue contribution. As the brand guardian, you will ensure consistency in how the company is represented across all physical, digital, and virtual platforms.

You are passionate about B2B digital marketing & lead conversions. You are always seeking new ways to expand marketing channels and optimize the lead handoff processes. You are proactive in staying abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to continuously refine and enhance your demand generation strategies. You are adept at analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and experimentation to improve conversion rates and drive incremental revenue.

Your ability to balance an understanding of strategic vision with strong execution makes you a vital asset to the team. You understand how developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders can help you achieve better results, and you believe that providing regular updates on lead quality, pipeline performance, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns is the best way to gain influence within the organization. You are meticulous in ensuring that all marketing assets are produced in the correct format, delivered on time, and within budget.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Execute Annual Marketing Plan: Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy, ensuring all activities align with the company’s business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives are executed within financial constraints.
  • Demand generation: Create and execute demand generation strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition through various channels, including inbound and outbound strategies, to generate high-quality leads that contribute to the sales pipeline.
  • Build and optimize the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates at each stage.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms, including paid and organic sources, such as search, social media, email marketing, and content syndication, to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer success leadership as well as other cross-functional teams, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and cohesion across all marketing and sales efforts.
  • Performance Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on marketing activities, lead quality, pipeline performance, and campaign effectiveness to executive leadership.
  • Brand and Asset Management: Act as the guardian of the company’s brand, ensuring consistency across all physical, digital, and virtual platforms and that all marketing assets are created and delivered in the correct format, on time, and within budget.
  • Develop brand positioning and ensure it resonates with our target audience.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to continuously refine and enhance marketing strategies.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience from Saas companies
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a B2B senior marketing role with a focus on lead generation and digital marketing
  • Brand management experience
  • Marketing research abilities
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot etc.)
  • People management experience
  • Product marketing experience – a plus
