What you will be doing:
You will be ensuring that the vendors we partner with are providing competitive prices and quality service. You will suggest and implement processes for continuous improvement by conducting periodic market analysis and a consistent vendor evaluation system. You will work with the vendors to foster productive long-term relationships and identify additional partnership opportunities. You will work together with our Vendor Relations Manager to ensure our clients are getting the best possible service providers in the IP world.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Review and negotiate contracts with existing and potential vendors
Update and maintain our vendor database
Collaborate with internal teams to understand the needs/challenges and ensure we secure the best possible solutions for our clients
Fill in for other members of the team when there is a need
At least three years of experience in procurement and vendor relations
Experience with contracts
Native level English with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
