About us

Azami Global is a successful, international scale-up in the LegalTech space, with the largest international community of IP professionals. Location

Our offices are located in Beit Shemesh in the centrally located Neimi shopping center.

What you will be doing:

You will be in charge of the Renewals Group, a dynamic and fast paced team responsible for our client’s IP Renewals which is a fast growing side of our business. You will be responsible for the scaling of this business unit and ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations of the team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead our renewals team while ensuring timely and quality delivery of service
  • Promote a customer orientation and excellence culture within the team
  • Create and implement business strategies and delegate tasks to team members
  • Continuous review and implementation of process improvements
  • Support a seamless handshake between Sales and Operations
  • Communicate with internal and external clients and associates to ensure a smooth process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide personally tailored solutions for our clients
  • Provide status and progress reports to the executive team to support the business strategy and decision making 
  • Be hands-on and fill in when there is a need

Requirements:

  • At least two years experience in managing a team
  • Hybrid work week, Mon-Wed in the office, Sun and Thurs WFH with occasional night hours and work on Friday. 
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Tech Savvy – Excel, Salesforce
  • Strong Presentation skills
