About us

Azami Global is a successful, international scale-up in the LegalTech space, with the largest international community of IP professionals. We provide tech-enabled, high-quality, streamlined services to our clients who are primarily law firms and large corporations. We aim to be THE address for all IP lifecycle needs.

Location

Our offices are located in Beit Shemesh in the centrally located Neimi shopping center.

What you will be doing:

You will be working on various administrative tasks that support senior members of our team, the tasks can vary and will generally require information gathering\data input to help us manage our portfolios in order to provide the best service for our clients.

Who are you?

You are a student, with a high level of English. You are super detail oriented and don’t mind working on a variety of tasks and pivoting from project to project. You enjoy ensuring that any information that leaves your desk is accurate and on point. You don’t mind the grind of routine work and data entry. You are organized and extremely good at conducting internet research and sourcing.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Internet research (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Inputting and Verifying Data in Spreadsheets
  • General admin support

 

Requirements:

  • This position is a part time position (50%)
  • Ability to come to our office periodically, mostly a remote position.
  • BA Student
  • Full command of English, both spoken and written form
  • Working knowledge and experience with Excel, databases and spreadsheets

 

Desired Characteristics:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders
  • Good time management skills
  • Flexible, happy to pivot from project to project
