About us

Azami Global is a successful, international scale-up in the LegalTech space, with the largest international community of IP professionals. We provide tech-enabled, high-quality, streamlined services to our clients who are primarily law firms and large corporations. We aim to be THE address for all IP lifecycle needs.

Location

Our offices are located in Beit Shemesh in the centrally located Neimi shopping center.

What you will be doing:

You will be an integral part of our Account Management Department. Responsible for Data Entry, and administrative tasks. You will collaborate with the Sales, Estimates and Case Management teams and be responsible for the updating and maintenance of our company knowledge-base. This is a part time position (60%) with potential to grow in the future!

Who are you?

You are extremely detail oriented and enjoy ensuring that any information that leaves your desk is accurate and on point. You are analytical and like to understand the bigger picture but also enjoy having routine tasks incorporated into your regular work schedule. You enjoy looking at processes and finding ways to improve them and make them more efficient. You enjoy working in a fast paced environment and are looking to join a growing team within a successful company.

Requirements:

  • Full command of English, both spoken and written form
  • Working knowledge and experience with Excel, databases and spreadsheets
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Workdays Sun-Thurs – 60% Position
  • Hybrid work option – 3 days in office,  2 days from home
