About us

Azami Global is a successful, international scale-up in the LegalTech space, with the largest international community of IP professionals. We provide tech-enabled, high-quality, streamlined services to our clients who are primarily law firms and large corporations. We aim to be THE address for all IP lifecycle needs.


We are moving to the new Azrieli Office building in Modiin (right next door to the Azrieli mall & the train station) this coming August!

In the meantime, we’d love for you to join us in our Beit Shemesh office in the centrally located Neimi shopping center

What you will be doing:

You will be the client’s single point of contact for any issues that arise post the sales process. In this role you will maintain a strong relationship with the clients, keep them engaged and ensure a world class customer experience while meeting your revenue quota. You will take full ownership of the client experience and address any pain points they may have by driving solutions.

You are a strong communicator and know how to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You know how to prioritize your workload independently and juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball. You are analytical and have high attention to detail. You are good with numbers, able to look into payments and estimates, and understand the data in front of you. You find it easy to see the challenges ahead and enjoy driving solutions proactively to deliver a seamless client experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for renewals clients
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Communicate with clients to understand their pain points and drive solutions
  • Collaborate both with internal departments as well as external associates and partners to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Acting as the clients champion within the company to advocate for their needs with a focus on their customer experience
  • Proactively identifying account risks and opportunities and working collaboratively on action plans to address them
  • Look for opportunities where can deliver more value to the client and expand their portfolio
  • Collecting and analyzing data to understand customer behavior and leveraging the data to drive customer outcomes


  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B/B2C outbound relations
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions
  • Outstanding English – verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Full time availability, hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)
  • Periodic travel abroad (about once a quarter)
  • Mon-Thurs: 3pm-12am, Fri: 9am-13pm
